  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 4
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  14. Slice potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Add tinned tomatoes, fish stock and cinnamon stick to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  18. Then add cod fillet to the kCook bowl
  19. Add fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  20. Add lemon zest to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  22. Season to taste
  23. Serve
