- Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl

- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add tinned tomatoes, white wine vinegar and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
- Add fresh basil leaves to the kCook bowl
- Add salt to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Season to taste
