Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  8. Add spinach to the steamer tray
  9. Fit
  10. Steam - 20 min, 104°C, speed 1
  11. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  12. Set aside
  13. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  16. Add ricotta cheese and egg to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Grate pecorino cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  24. Grease 4 clean ramekins
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 4 ramekins evenly
  26. Bake - 30 min, 160°C
  27. Serve
