Step preview

  1. Line a clean rectangular pan with plastic wrap
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 90°C, speed 3
  7. Then add icing sugar, silver leaf gelatin sheet and rosewater extract to the kCook bowl
  8. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to rectangular pan
  10. Chill overnight in fridge until set
  11. Turn out
  12. Cut into squares
  13. Add figs and honey to a clean serving plate
  14. Serve
