  15. Then add dry white wine to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  17. Then add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 4
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice courgette and asparagus into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Add peas to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 4
  24. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  25. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  26. Grate Grana Padano cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  27. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  28. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  29. Season to taste
  30. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 60°C, speed 4
  31. Serve
