    2 tablespoons (about 30 ml)

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add watermelon, cantaloupe melon, cucumber, ginger puree, red tabasco and orange blossom water to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  6. Pour content of kCook bowl into 4 highball glasses
  7. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  10. Add double cream, mint and coriander to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 10
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  15. Drizzle 4 highball glasses with cream
  16. Serve
