  1. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  6. Add whole sea bream to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  7. Add ginger to the steamer tray
  8. Sprinkle with Cognac
  9. Add cauliflower to the steamer tray to top shelf
  10. Fit
  11. Cook - 20 min, 104°C
  12. Serve
  13. Garnish with extra virgin olive oil
