  • Bicarbonate of soda icon

    1 teaspoon (about 5 g)
  • Cocoa powder icon

    20 g (about 3 ⅝ tablespoons)
  • Quinoa flour icon

    185 g (about 1 cup)

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add almond milk, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and banana to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  6. Scrape
  7. Add bicarbonate of soda, cocoa powder and quinoa flour to the batter
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  9. Heat a clean frying pan
  10. Grease
  11. Pour batter into frying pan sparingly
  12. Cook each side - approx 1 min, high heat
  13. Serve
