This is a quick and easy way to make Hollandaise sauce, it is a great accompaniment to poached egg and asparagus. A perfect dish for a summer day. The recipe is very stable but if you do find your sauce split for whatever reason you can still save it by adding a 1 tbsp of boiling water to the sauce and whisk for an extra minute or so at 75 degrees celsius.

  • White wine vinegar icon

    1 tablespoon (about 15 ml)
  • Lemon juice icon

    2 tablespoons (about 27 g)

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter, egg yolk and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 60°C, speed 3
  6. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 75°C, speed 6
  7. Then add lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  8. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  9. Season to taste
  10. Serve
