No Fuss Hollandaise Sauce

This is a quick and easy way to make Hollandaise sauce, it is a great accompaniment to poached egg and asparagus. A perfect dish for a summer day. The recipe is very stable but if you do find your sauce split for whatever reason you can still save it by adding a 1 tbsp of boiling water to the sauce and whisk for an extra minute or so at 75 degrees celsius.

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C, speed 3
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 75°C, speed 6
  7. Then add lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  8. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  9. Season to taste
  10. Serve
