Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add salted butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C
  11. Then add salt, white wine and dijon mustard to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 120°C, speed 3
  13. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 3
  15. Pour content of kCook bowl into medium bowl
  16. Cover with foil then set aside
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  22. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  23. Line the steamer tray with parchment paper
  24. Add salmon fillet to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  25. Top with garlic clove
  26. Sprinkle with lemon juice
  27. Drizzle with olive oil
  28. Fit
  29. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  30. Then add spinach to the steamer tray to top shelf
  31. Steam - 5 min, 104°C
  32. Serve
