Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk, egg and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  6. Add caramel sauce to a clean square tin
  7. Arrange sponge fingers in the square tin
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square tin
  9. Scatter sultanas over the square tin
  10. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Add water to the kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  17. Transfer cake mould to steamer tray
  18. Fit
  19. Steam - approx 45 min, 104°C
  20. Remove cake mould from steamer tray delicately
  21. Turn out content of square mould onto serving plate
  22. Drizzle with caramel sauce
  23. Serve
