Ingredients

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add granulated sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 170°C
  7. Pour content of kCook bowl into 6 Dariole moulds and let cool
  8. Grease then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add egg, vanilla extract and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Heat with filler cap removed - 60°C, speed 3
  22. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 6
  23. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl while machine is running
  24. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  25. Pour content of jug into 6 Dariole moulds
  26. Place moulds on baking dish
  27. Pour water into the baking dish halfway
  28. Bake until just set - 30 min
  29. Remove Dariole moulds and let cool
  30. Chill overnight in fridge
  31. Turn out content of Dariole moulds onto serving plate
  32. Serve
