A quick, easy vegetarian/vegan stir fry that is packed with flavour and texture from the cashews, garlic and pak choi.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add vegetable oil and sesame oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  8. Then add cashew nuts, chilli flakes, garlic clove and ginger puree to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 110°C, speed 3
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice onion, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 120°C, speed 4
  14. Then add dark soy sauce to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 120°C, speed 4
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Slice pak choi into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Add bean sprout to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 45 sec, 120°C, speed 4
  21. Serve
  22. Garnish with coriander to taste
