Step preview

  1. Add milk and gelatine to a clean small bowl
  2. Mix until dissolved then set aside
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add double cream, vanilla bean pod, caster sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 94°C, speed 5
  8. Transfer gelatin to kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 94°C, speed 5
  10. Pour content of kCook bowl into 4 Dariole moulds and let cool
  11. Chill in fridge until set
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  14. Add raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemon juice and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  17. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  18. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  19. Turn out content of Dariole moulds onto 4 serving plates
  20. Drizzle 4 serving plates with content of jug
  21. Garnish with blackberries, raspberries and blueberries
  22. Serve
