Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 90°C, speed 5
  7. Let cool - 3 min
  8. Add caster sugar, egg, plain flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  10. Grease a clean springform pan
  11. Pour slowly in cake tin
  12. Bake - 40 min, 160°C
  13. Set aside onto cooling rack until cool
  14. Serve
