Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add salted butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 100°C, speed 3
  6. Then add plain flour and sliced ham to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 98°C, speed 3
  8. Then add milk to the mixture
  9. Season
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 98°C, speed 3
  11. Pour mixture into large roasting dish
  12. Chill in fridge until firm
  13. Shape into balls with tablespoon
  14. Roll in plain flour, egg and breadcrumbs
  15. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  16. Add sunflower oil to a clean frying pan
  17. Heat frying pan - medium-high heat
  18. Fry in frying pan until golden brown
  19. Remove carefully with slotted spoon
  20. Pat dry with paper towels
  21. Serve
