Step preview

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 4
  11. Then add aubergine and dried oregano to the kCook bowl
  12. Season
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  14. Let cool
  15. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  16. Add egg and milk to a clean jug
  17. Season
  18. Whisk until combined
  19. Pour egg mixture into kCook bowl
  20. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  21. Pour content of kCook bowl into medium roasting dish carefully
  22. Scatter soft goat cheese over the medium roasting dish
  23. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  24. Serve
