A nice refreshing salad for a hot summer's day.

  7. Grate carrot into the salad with direct prep attachment
  8. Add watermelon and feta cheese to the salad
  9. Add apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, ginger and chilli flakes to a clean jug
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Transfer dressing to salad
  12. Mix with tablespoon
  13. Garnish with sesame seeds
  14. Serve
