Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, muscovado sugar, bicarbonate of soda and salt to the kCook bowl

  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  6. Then add plain yogurt, butter, egg and vanilla extract to the batter
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 5
  8. Then add sour cream to the batter
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  11. Scoop batter onto frying pan bit by bit
  12. Fry each side until golden brown - approx 1 min
  13. Serve
