Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add udon noodles to a clean large saucepan
  4. Cover with water
  5. Boil - 8 min, medium-high heat
  6. Drain
  7. Transfer noodles to heatproof bowl
  8. Add sesame oil and ginger to the noodles
  9. Toss until coated then set aside
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add water, miso paste, mirin and soy sauce to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  14. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C, speed 1
  15. Then add chicken breast and sweetcorn kernels to the kCook bowl
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Slice courgette and spring onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 2
  20. Transfer noodles to kCook bowl
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  22. Slice pak choi into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 2
  25. Serve
