  16. Add plain flour and beef shoulder to a clean medium bowl
  17. Season
  18. Mix
  19. Transfer meat to kCook bowl
  20. Add fish stock to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 45 min, 98°C, speed 1
