Step preview
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Add water to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C
- Then add salt and king prawn to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C
- Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Slice spring onion and green bell pepper into a clean medium bowl with direct prep attachment
- Add rocket and tomato to the salad
- Mix
- Add seafood to salad
- Add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh parsley and salt to a clean medium glass bowl
- Mix until combined
- Drizzle salad with dressing
- Serve
