Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add chicken breast to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 160°C, speed 3
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - approx 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Then add sweet potato, chicken stock and dried apricots to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 98°C, speed 1
  16. Add water and cornflour to a clean small bowl
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Add content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  19. Add dijon mustard to the kCook bowl
  20. Season
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 110°C, speed 1
  22. Then add baby spinach to the kCook bowl
  23. Stir with filler cap removed - 45 sec, speed 4
  24. Add jasmine rice to a clean large mixing bowl
  25. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  26. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  27. Grate broccoli into the large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  28. Mix until completely mixed
  29. Serve
