Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add water, cardamom pods and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C, speed 3
  7. Then add basmati rice to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 94°C, speed 1
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  10. Add currants to the rice
  11. Mix with tablespoon then set aside
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Add cauliflower and carrot to the baking sheet
  14. Sprinkle with ground coriander
  15. Add vegetable oil, ground turmeric, ground cumin and ground coriander to a clean small bowl
  16. Season
  17. Mix with teaspoon
  18. Pour half of oil mixture into baking sheet
  19. Bake and continue - 15 min, 200°C
  20. Add fish fillet to a clean plate
  21. Pour the rest of oil mixture into fish
  22. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  23. Transfer fish to frying pan
  24. Fry in frying pan until golden brown - approx 3 min
  25. Add greek yogurt, salt and ground coriander to a clean medium glass bowl
  26. Stir
  27. Serve
