Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add garlic clove, cod fillet, cherry tomatoes, dry white wine, broccoli and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 30 min, 98°C, speed 2
  12. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  13. Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, pine nuts, raisins, anchovies and fresh parsley to the frying pan
  14. Cook in frying pan then set aside - approx 1 min, medium-high heat
  15. Blend - 2 min, speed 12
  16. Serve
  17. Garnish soup with dressing
  18. Garnish with croutons
