This is a classic tapas dish, prepared all over Spain and usually served at room temperature. This recipe uses cooked potatoes and requires a pan or dish which is suitable for both hob cooking and oven cooking.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  12. Then add potato and egg to the kCook bowl
  13. Season
  14. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  15. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  16. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  17. Heat in frying pan - high heat
  18. Transfer egg mixture to frying pan
  19. Cook in frying pan until just set - medium-high heat
  20. Cook until light golden - 10 min, 160°C
  21. Serve
