Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add banana to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 10
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add unsalted butter, caster sugar, egg, plain flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  14. Transfer fruit to kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  16. Grease a clean loaf pan
  17. Pour content of kCook bowl into loaf pan
  18. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  19. Bake - 30 min, 150°C
  20. Let cool
  21. Serve
