  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and garlic clove to the kCook bowl

  8. Then add walnuts to the kCook bowl
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  10. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Season
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  16. Serve
