  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add cream cheese, double cream and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Transfer dry ingredients to kCook bowl
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  16. Scrape
  17. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  18. Spoon content of kCook bowl into piping bag then set aside
  19. Clean kCook bowl
  20. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  21. Add raspberries, lemon juice, icing sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  24. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  26. Transfer half of crumbs to 4 drinking glasses
  27. Pipe half of cream onto 4 drinking glasses
  28. Pour content of jug into 4 drinking glasses
  29. Repeat
  30. Garnish with raspberries
  31. Dust with icing sugar
  32. Sprinkle with dark chocolate
  33. Serve immediately
