  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 98°C
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 94°C
  9. Drain and let cool
  10. Add blue cheese and walnuts to a clean large glass bowl
  11. Transfer potatoes to salad
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Slice endive into the salad with direct prep attachment
  14. Mix
  15. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to a clean small bowl
  16. Mix with teaspoon
  17. Garnish salad with dressing
