A super quick seafood dish with only a few ingredients. Best served on some toasted crusty bread, or with some fresh spaghetti or linguine, garnished with a handful of herbs.

  2. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl

  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add garlic clove, fresh chilli and chorizo to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  8. Then add clams and white wine to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 120°C
  11. Serve
