Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add rice flour, cornmeal, buckwheat flour, cornflour and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 5
  6. Add water to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  8. Knead until mixture comes together
  9. Knead until smooth
  10. Roll out thinly
  11. Roll into a log
  12. Slice into strips with chef's knife
  13. Shape
  14. Dust
  15. Let rest - 20 min
  16. Cook until al dente
  17. Serve
