  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, durum wheat flour, egg and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  6. Add water to the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 8
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Knead until mixture comes together
  10. Knead until smooth
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Let rest - 20 min
  13. Roll out thinly
  14. Slice into strips
  15. Cook until al dente
  16. Serve
