  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, gherkins, tinned mackerel and celery stalk to the kCook bowl

  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium glass bowl
  7. Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
  8. Serve
