Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add plain flour, unsalted butter, egg, milk, walnuts and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  6. Season
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Grate Grana Padano cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 5
  13. Grease a clean muffin pan
  14. Spoon cheese mixture into muffin pan evenly
  15. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  16. Turn out
  17. Serve
