A fresh summer starter, traditionally made using Robiola cheese. Best made in advance so it can set overnight.

Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add cream cheese, greek yogurt and mint leaves to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate cucumber into the cheese mixture with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  11. Line 4 clean Dariole moulds with plastic wrap
  12. Spoon cheese mixture into 4 Dariole moulds evenly
  13. Chill overnight in fridge
  14. Serve
