  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 260°C
  4. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  5. Slice red bell pepper into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  6. Add olive oil to the vegetables
  7. Mix with tablespoon until coated
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  9. Transfer vegetables to baking sheet
  10. Bake - 5 min, 260°C
  11. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  12. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  20. Transfer roasted vegetables to kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  23. Slice sweet potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  25. Add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  26. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  27. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  28. Serve
