Step preview

  1. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add double cream and ricotta cheese to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate parmesan cheese into the cheese mixture with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  11. Then add cooked ham to the cheese mixture
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  13. Transfer cheese mixture to medium bowl
  14. Cover with plastic wrap
  15. Chill in fridge
  16. Serve
