Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Add cocoa powder, plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until combined then set aside
  4. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add almond milk, red wine vinegar, caster sugar, sunflower oil and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 8
  9. Transfer dry ingredients to kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  10. Line 2 clean round pans with parchment paper
  11. Pour content of kCook bowl into 2 round pans
  12. Bake - 1 hr 10 min, 160°C
  13. Let cool on round wire rack - approx 1 hr
  14. Serve
