  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add egg, double cream, milk and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  6. Season
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Grate gruyère cheese and courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Grate gruyère cheese into the baking dish with direct prep attachment
  16. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  17. Serve
