Ingredients

  • Plain flour icon

    200 g (about 1 ½ cups)

    300 ml (about 1 ¼ cups)

    ¼ cup (about 60 ml)

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, egg and milk to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Pour batter into medium bowl and cover
  7. Chill in fridge - approx 30 min
  8. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  9. Add olive oil to a clean muffin pan evenly between
  10. Heat oven - 5 min, 200°C
  11. Pour batter into muffin pan evenly
  12. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 200°C
  13. Serve
