These refreshing ice lollies are a grown up treat for hot summer days. Make in advance to allow them to freeze overnight.

    250 ml (about 1 cup)
  • Caster sugar icon
    Caster sugar
    50 g (about 3 ⅞ tablespoons)

Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add gin, tonic water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl

  6. Transfer to popsicle mold
  7. Add cucumber and mint to the kCook bowl
  8. Freeze overnight
