- Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons

Step preview
- Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add water and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C, speed 3
- Then add fusilli to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 94°C, speed 3
- Drain content of kCook bowl into colander and let cool
- Add tomato to a clean large glass bowl
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Slice cucumber and green bell pepper into the large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
- Transfer pasta to large glass bowl
- Add fresh chives and balsamic vinegar to the large glass bowl
- Toss
- Serve
