Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups then set aside
  3. Sift baking powder, plain flour and salt into a clean medium bowl then set aside
  4. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  9. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  11. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 4
  12. Spoon dry ingredients into kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  13. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 4
  14. Pour milk into the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
  15. Add blueberries to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 8
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  18. Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan evenly
  19. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  20. Serve
