This is an easy to make purée that can be used to make pies, muffins or breads. Use it in our Pumpkin and Feta bread recipe. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add pumpkin and olive oil to a clean large glass bowl
  3. Season
  4. Mix with tablespoon until coated
  5. Transfer content of large glass bowl to baking sheet
  6. Bake - 25 min, 190°C

  9. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  10. Add water to the kCook bowl
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
