This healthy, home made granola makes a great breakfast served with milk or yoghurt. Store the granola in a large, airtight container. It will keep for up to one month.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add rolled oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, apple, sea salt, honey and vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Stir with filler cap fitted - 45 sec, speed 6
  7. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking sheet
  9. Spread evenly
  10. Bake - 20 min, 150°C
  11. Let cool
  12. Serve
