  11. Add red onion, grapefruit and avocado to the kCook bowl
  12. Add dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and olive oil to a clean medium bowl
  13. Mix until combined
  14. Pour dressing into kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  17. Serve
