  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add egg to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add plain flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Grate cheddar cheese, onion and courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Add bacon to the kCook bowl
  15. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  16. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  18. Bake - 35 min, 170°C
  19. Let cool slightly
  20. Cut into squares
  21. Serve
