Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean glass baking dish then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter, caster sugar, plain flour, salt and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  8. Then add egg, milk and milk chocolate to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  10. Spoon content of kCook bowl into glass baking dish
  11. Spread evenly
  12. Add irish cream liqueur, light brown sugar, water and cocoa powder to a clean jug
  13. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  14. Pour content of jug into glass baking dish slowly
  15. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  16. Let cool - approx 5 min
  17. Serve immediately
