Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add spinach to the steamer tray
  9. Fit
  10. Steam - 5 min, 104°C
  11. Drain content of steamer tray into colander
  12. Add ricotta cheese and nutmeg to the kCook bowl
  13. Season
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Grate Grana Padano cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Transfer content of colander to kCook bowl
  18. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  19. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  20. Spoon content of kCook bowl into piping bag then set aside
  21. Knead pasta dough on a clean lightly floured surface
  22. Roll out thinly
  23. Pipe cheese mixture with piping bag
  24. Brush with water sparingly
  25. Seal
  26. Cut into squares
  27. Fill a clean large saucepan with water
  28. Boil until floating - approx 5 min
  29. Serve
